At the end of the season Miriam was 125th of the moneylist and had only a conditional card for the year 2005 on the LPGA. Therefor Miriam participated at the qualifying school for the Ladies European Tour in November and won the tournament. She therefore had for the first time also the full qualification for the European Tour. 2005 was up to now the most successful season for Miriam. She started at 24 tournaments. 7 of those were in Europe. In Tenerife Miriam scratched almost her first victory. At the end she finished with $ 89,905 price money at the 87th place on the moneylist and therefore had for 2006 the full qualification again for both - the LET and the LPGA tour. 2006 started with a personal highlight. Miriam participated along with Anja Monke at the world cup in south africa and made a terrific 9th place. Her best placing in 2006 was the tournament right after the world cup in Hawaii where she was placed 6th. Due to a skiing accident in December of 2006 she was forced to take most of 2007 season off and only participated in a few LPGA events towards the end of the year. She took a Medical Exemption in 2007 and returned to a full season in 2008. In 2008 she did not play successfully on the LPGA and lost her status. In the spring of 2009 Miriam played some mini Tour events on the Suncoast Series in Florida and found her motivation again. She also decided to spend some time back home in Europe. She played tournaments on the SAS Tour, a Feder Tour held in Sweden as well as a few tournaments on the European Tour. In the fall Miriam participated in both Qualifying schools as well as the Futures Tour Qualifying School. She made the cut at the LPGA Q-school and regained a conditional card for the European Tour.
